In accordance with the European Directive 2011/83/EU, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason or pay any penalties.
To exercise this right, notify us of your decision by email at hello@kitimimi.com, indicating the details of your order. Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, with the original packaging and accessories.
The refund (excluding return shipping costs) is issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
