Orders & Modifications
Regular orders are shipped quickly (within 48 business hours). Pre-orders are shipped during the month indicated on the website, at a preferential rate.
If you placed your order less than 30 minutes ago, send us an email quickly. After that, preparation begins immediately and we can no longer modify the address.
Yes, board exchanges are possible as long as your order has not yet been prepared. Contact us as soon as possible by email.
Check your spam/junk folder. If you cannot find it, contact us and we will resend it. A typo may have occurred when placing the order.

Yes, send us an email to cancel the pre-order, then place a new regular order. Please note that prices may differ between the two options.

We deliver worldwide! Delivery times and carriers vary depending on your destination.
Preparation takes 48 business hours (Monday-Friday). Then allow 2 to 5 business days for delivery in Europe. Times may vary for other destinations.
Europe: Colissimo / La Poste (2-5 business days). Switzerland: SwissPost. USA: UPS. Other regions: various logistics partners.
Yes! You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is shipped.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your package has been picked up. Processing takes 48 business hours (Monday-Friday).
Yes, select "Pickup Point" when placing your order if this option is available for your country.
The delivery driver may attempt another delivery or drop off your package at a nearby partner pickup point. Use your tracking number to check the delivery status.
Check with your neighbors or your building concierge — delivery drivers sometimes leave packages there. If you still cannot find it, contact our support.

Yes, we can resend it. First shipping costs are included in your order, but reshipping costs are at your expense (example: 10 EUR in France).
For deliveries outside the EU/Switzerland/USA, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and cannot be predicted by Kitimimi.
Delivery is guaranteed within the month indicated on the website, but we cannot give an exact date. It may be at the beginning or end of the month.

We accept credit cards (via Stripe), PayPal, and bank transfers (remember to include your order number in the transfer reference).
Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to pay for your Kitibook order in installments.

Returns & Refunds
Yes, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify a reason. Return shipping costs are at your expense and products must be returned intact in their original packaging.
The address depends on your region: Europe/International: Toulouse, France. Switzerland: Martigny, Switzerland. USA: Largo, Florida. Do not forget to include a copy of your order confirmation with the package.
Once your return is received and verified, the refund is made to the payment method used for the order, minus return shipping costs.
Product & Usage
The Kitibook is designed for children aged 10 months to 6 years. The same boards adapt to each age with progressive activities.
No! That is the strength of the Kitibook. The same boards offer different activities depending on the child's age, from 10 months to 6 years. A single purchase accompanies your child for years.
The exterior is made of soft boa (similar to velvet) and the inner pages are felt. Quality materials, soft and durable, designed for little hands.
We recommend hand washing or dry cleaning. Do not use a tumble dryer.
Letter colors are randomly assigned and may not match those displayed on the website. Our team varies the colors for a harmonious and attractive result.
Yes, absolutely! You can complete your Kitibook over time by adding new boards adapted to your child's development.
Yes, we offer double-sided boards, either individually or in sets.
Yes! You can assign different boards to each child, then rotate as they progress.
The XL 14 pages format contains 14 pages, while the XL Plus contains 16 pages or more. The XL Plus therefore offers more educational content.
Visit our Guide page to discover all the educational activities for each board, sorted by age.
In an eco-responsible approach, we do not add pages without educational value. Instead, a storage box is provided to store the boards.
