- Contract: any agreement between the Company and You regarding the sale of Products, incorporating these Terms.
- Order: the offer made by You on the Website to purchase one or more Products, including Preorders if applicable.
- Preorder: the offer made by You to purchase Products that are not yet available for delivery.
- Products: the goods available for sale on the Website, each referred to as a "Product."
- Terms: these general terms and conditions of sale, governing purchases made on the website www.kitimimi.com.
- Website: the website accessible at www.kitimimi.com and any other website that the Company may publish.
- User: any person visiting or using the Website, or placing an Order.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
2.1 - Accessing and using the Website, as well as placing Orders, are subject to the acceptance of these Terms. By accessing the Website and placing an Order, You declare that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
2.2 - If You do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease any use of the Website and refrain from placing any Orders.
2.3 - These Terms are accessible at any time on the Website and can be printed or saved for future reference.
3. Purchase Conditions
3.1 - The sale of Products through the Website is reserved for adults acting as consumers, meaning individuals who act for purposes not related to a commercial or professional activity.
3.2 - You may order multiple Products in a single Order, but purchasing more than 100 units of the same Product is not allowed.
3.3 - In case of non-compliance with these provisions, the Company reserves the right to cancel the Order or suspend access to the Website.
4. Order Procedures
4.1 - The Product offerings on the Website are non-binding and do not constitute an offer to the public, but rather an invitation to submit an Order.
4.2 - The Products available for sale are those displayed on the Website at the time of the Order, accompanied by detailed descriptions.
4.3 - To place an Order, You must complete the Order form available on the Website after registering.
4.4 - The Company will confirm the receipt of your Order via email, but this does not mean that the Order has been accepted.
5. Price and Payment Terms
5.1 - The prices of the Products displayed on the Website are in Euros (€) and include VAT at the applicable rate.
5.2 - Shipping fees are not included in the price and will be specified before the final confirmation of the Order.
5.3 - Payments can be made by credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. In the case of a bank transfer, any associated transfer costs will be borne by you.
5.4 - The Company reserves the right to change the prices of the Products at any time, but the price applicable will be the one in effect at the time the Order is placed.
6. Delivery of Products
6.1 - The Products will be delivered to the address provided at the time of placing the Order.
6.2 - The Company agrees to ship the Products within a maximum of 30 days after the acceptance of the Order, except in cases of force majeure.
6.3 - Delivery times are provided for informational purposes, and the Company cannot be held responsible for delays.
7. Right of Withdrawal
7.1 - In accordance with applicable legislation, You have a 14-day period to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide any reason.
7.2 - To exercise this right, You must inform the Company of your decision to withdraw via email, providing your contact details and the Order number.
7.3 - The return shipping costs will be at your expense. The Products must be returned in their original condition, complete, and unused.
8. Liability
8.1 - The Company shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the Products.
8.2 - In the case of non-compliance of the Products, the Company's liability will be limited to a refund or exchange of the affected Products.
9. Intellectual Property
