It sells online the products of the Kitibook brand worldwide. 1-2 ACCEPTANCE

The customer must return his parcel by post to the address which will be communicated to him by email after having sent the exchange notification email to the email address: hello@kitimimi.com.   1. DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT

5.1 TRANSPORT COSTS

Shipping costs, are calculated according to the place of delivery and the weight of each order and are the responsibility of the customer except in case of promotion.

5.2 DELIVERY

Delivery is made to the address indicated by the customer during the ordering process on the www.kitimimi.com online store.
For deliveries in Europe, KITIMIMI SAS ships orders through its partner Collissimo within 3-5 working days from the date of receipt of full payment of the order. 
For international deliveries (excluding Europe), KITIMIMI SAS ships orders through its partner DHL / Fedex / Chronopost within 15 working days maximum. 
Upon shipment, a tracking number (traking) is communicated to the customer who allows him to track the routing of his order.
In case of absence of the customer during the delivery, the carrier deposits a notice of passage indicating the place where to withdraw the order. 
If the customer has not been able to recover his package, KITIMIMI SAS no longer assumes any liability for the said order.
As a result, the customer is no longer authorized to ask KITIMIMI SAS for the reimbursement of his order or any compensation resulting from a failure to deliver.
The information requested during the order must be fully and correctly completed by the customer to ensure proper routing. KITIMIMI SAS can in no way be held responsible for delays in delivery resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information given by the customer.
Without prejudice to the other terms of the GSC, the transfer of risks to the customer on the delivered items takes place on the date of delivery of the order.

5.3. DAMAGES RELATED TO TRANSPORT

  1. CONDITIONS OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE

The customer has a period of 14 days from the date of delivery, to return the items ordered for exchange or refund. In case of refund, the customer is refunded within 30 days from the date of receipt of the items returned by KITIMIMI SAS. In case of exchange, the customer receives his replacement item within 15 days from the date of receipt of items returned by KITIMIMI SAS.

Products on sale or on promotion can not be returned for exchange or refund

7- PHOTOS

Illustrations and photos posted on the online store www.kitimimi.com are illustrative and not contractual.
Please note that the colors of the photos may be significantly different from those of the items delivered to you, due to the definition of your screen and the intensity of the light when shooting.

KITIMIMI SAS undertakes to respect the confidentiality of these personal data and to treat them in compliance with the law 09-08 relative to the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
